Walt Disney World has announced that Meg Crofton will be the next President of the Orlando resort.

Meg Crofton was appointed to be the next President of the world famous resort, the first female ever chosen for that position. She will now be the head representative of over 57,000 Cast Members.

Jay Rasulo, Chairman of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, stated that she was chosen for her leadership experience, in-depth knowledge of the company's operations and her passion for the Disney Cast Members.
