Posted at 12:24 PM EDT (1624 GMT) Sep. 2nd, 2006 -- Busch Gardens and The Sesame Street Foundation have agreed to bring the popular children's characters to Busch Gardens parks across the nation.
This announcement also comes with Busch Gardens' push to improve their situation with families with small children, after their popular Le Mans Raceway attraction closed during the summer.
According to Busch Garden Entertainment President Keith Kasen, the company appreciates how well known the Sesame Street characters are and how they can easily connect with guests.
The decision will place Sesame Street attractions at four parks in the U.S.: SeaWorld Adventure Park: San Diego, SeaWorld Adventure Park: San Antonio, Busch Gardens Africa and Busch Gardens Europe. For more information, visit the Daily Press.
