Oh, no, they are two distinctly seperate press releases. I am highly insulted as a Six Flags fan. (sensing the sarcasm yet?) I'm actually kinda surprised anything short of an earnings release is making the news. I mean, a dividend announcement happens every three months.

We reported that Six Flags will be announcing their quarterly results on November 2nd.
Second of all, Thunderhawk, we already deleted one of your posts in this news thread. Please keep it relevant to the topic at hand or don't post in this news thread.

This is the first i have noticed it...i may have missed it...but all of the former paramount parks no longer are dubbed with that title. Just Kings Island, Kings Dominion, etc.

^ ding! ding! ding! You win the prize of the day!
Yeah, I noticed that too. I'm really hoping they drop the Paramount name from the parks (since everyone here already just calls it Carowinds anyway).

LP is Limited Partnership. They likely over the course of time structured themselves more as a corporations and after buying paramount opted to make the change.
