Industry Announcements: Carowinds names new VP of marketing

Nov. 10th, 2006 -- Today it was announced that Paramount’s Carowinds has hired Bob Hohenstein as their new vice president of marketing.

Hohenstein will oversee all marketing for the park located on the border of North and South Carolina.  All advertising, promotions, public relations,  corporate sponsorships and group sales will be fall under his leadership.

Hohenstein was recently employed with Paramount’s Kings Dominion, where he was marketing vice president.

He succeeds Karen Michelson, who left the company to pursue other opportunities.
