Mar. 2nd, 2004 -- Ocean Park, located in Hong Kong, plans to overhaul the park to ready for the opening of Hong Kong Disneyland in the next couple of years. Newly appointed CEO Tom Mehrmann plans to add two new hotels, upgrade the existing park's attractions, while adding new rides, and upgrading the restaurants as well. The park plans to focus more on the animal atractions, and its location on a mountain. Ocean Park, established in 1977, is currrently the number one paid tourist attraction in Hong Kong. Ocean Park is home to many endangered species of animals, including two giant pandas and several species of dolphins. Read more at Channel News Asia.
