News: Wild West World says construction ahead of schedule

Jan. 2nd, 2007 -- Officials with the new Wild West World park are saying that construction is about 30 days ahead of schedule and they are on target for a May 5th opening.

Thomas Etheredge said that some of the 24 rides are already up and running at the park which is expected to draw a half million visitors its first year.

Etheredge says he already has 750-thosand dollars in advance season ticket sales.  The first season is expected to generate more the 15 million dollars in revenue.

Sounds like the parks already heading in the right direction. The season passes are $50.00 dollars so that's 15,000 passes sold already.
