Another example of the reasons why our court systems cant do anything about all the existing problems. They are to buisy dealing with silly lawsuits. Is collage getting easier or are lawyers just not that smart anymore or were they in the first place.

5 to 1 hes suing cause he got a cut on his hand thats no bigger then a paper cut. He wont get 10 million from the KI police cause the 2 guys dont have that. I think they need a new law for people who sue for more then 1 million in the state of Ohio. You must give $500,000 for each million you get from a lawsuit to the state for taxes. Maybe if they had that law these dumb people who think they can sue for millions over a stupid thing will quit. 10 million is too high for a thing like this. I just wonder how he will spend it? A new house in the Keys? A new car worth 700,000? lol.

Great idea there DaleE4. Hey then maybe we can tax cigarettes and people won't smoke. And THEN let's tax cake and pies and people won't get fat. And THEN let's tax gasoline more and people won't drive. THEN let's tax tea...and people might throw it in Boston harbor. If Ohio had that tax he would ask for $20mil.
He's not litigating against the security guards, he's bringing his case against King's Island. I believe they DO INDEED have $10mil. He's asking for $10mil so he can get $5mil. IF he wins---let him buy a $700,000 car. Let him buy a house wherever he wants. What is the difference? It would be his money to with as he pleases.

If he gets it then they will either raise the prices though the park, not hire help or scrap a new ride for either this year or next year 08. They dont have a tax on people who get money on lawsuits. By the way they do tax all the cigs and foods and gas. Hes just showing his kids its fine to sue for whatever you want for whatever price and not think about who it will effect. Just let him go in front of a jury and see if he gets what he wants. Remember the suit against the nba player Koby Bryant? The lady wasnt suing to get him in jail. She sued him for the money cause she was greedy.

Reguardless of whether he has a scratch on him or not, he's getting paid. This is a common thing that happens once you are falsly accused. I'm pretty sure he didn't just come up wih 10 million off a whem, usually after you sit with a lawyer and discuss your case they find or are supposed to find all the legitament sueable routes to get you the most money. After everything was tallyed that's where the mega million target comes from. If he were to sue this company and win, then that company has the option of sueing the girls family for the same amount paid for creating the situation in the first place. Being realistic, he's not going to get 10 million from this case, but he will get at least a million due to a settled case. If he was truly falsely accused then he deserves the full 10 million in my opinion.
