I was kind of hoping they would send it to MIA to help that park out, but oh well.
I won't be going out of my way to ride this though unless they do some major theming or whatever. I've been on 2 of the other flying dutchmans and they are just OK flyers. Good layout, not so great trains.

Just as long as I get to ride it this season.
I was pissed they removed it from GL since I wont get to ride it there, so hopefully I'll get to ride it at PKI.

X-Flight would've fit better at Michigan's Adventure, in my opinion.

I agree The coaster would have done more for MIA. overall moving it to PKI is just a cheap move. The coasters not great. poor capacity from what I've heard. It rally isn't a good move. not to mention it many people in the area likely already road it at GL.

That could be something that would hurt them is the fact that a lot ^of people may have already rode it. It will be closer to me so I may get a better chance to ride it now though.

I thought that the company already owns X-Flight. Shouldn't it be more like free? Cedar Fair owns the coaster already.

It takes money to disassemble, transport to a new location and reassemble the ride. 10 million does sound a little high for that but maybe we will see some theming since its going into the FOF area

Well, you also have the cost of the site preparation, and all the new merchandise, and signs, and marketing, and adding the ride to the new park maps, and perhaps the rights to the new name, and logo, and blah blah. There are a lot of little things that can add up to the cost of adding a new or relocated ride to a park. I'm sure there will be more than just the coastercoming in as well, but I really don't think it is super cheap what they are doing by moving X Flight (if that is what they really are doing ;o)).

I wanted it to go to MIA because I felt they needed it more, but o well, I'll probably get a ride on it next summer when I visit Ohio.
