Feb. 5th, 2007 -- On February 1, 2007, Cedar Fair Entertainment Company announced that it will hold a Web cast teleconference on February 8, 2007.

Cedar Fair announced that it will hold a Fourth Quarter and Year-End Earnings Conference Call for analysts, investors and others at 2:00 p.m. (Eastern) on Thursday, February 8, 2007.

The teleconference will be available as a listen-only Web cast on http://www.cedarfair.com/.
