News: Son of Beast comes back to life

Jul. 9th, 2007 -- After nearly a year of downtime, Son of Beast is alive and kicking at Kings Island.

The park reopened the coaster, still the world’s tallest and fastest wooden coaster, July 4 with new trains and missing the coaster’s signature vertical loop.

Drop Zone is also expected to reopen within the week.
