News: Beech Bend hosts first holiday event

Nov. 14th, 2007 -- This year Beech Bend Park will host their first holiday event called Holiday Lights.

Holiday Lights will feature 2 miles of animated lights, a Christmas Village, hay ride, ice skating, visits and pictures with Santa, and most importantly the Kentucky Rumbler GCII wooden coaster will be running!

The event will also feature a Christmas gift shop, HoHo Golf, live entertainment, bonfires and delicious food and drinks as well.

Holiday Lights opens Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, November 22 and is open every night through Saturday, January 5, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. each night.
