News: Michigan's Adventure posts Thunderhawk construction photos

Dec. 21st, 2007 -- Yesterday Michigan’s Adventure posted new construction photos of the progress on Thunderhawk, their first coaster to be built at the park since 1999.

The park’s photos show general site work is well under way and footers have started popping up all along the snowy ground.

Thunderhawk was originally built at Geauga Lake near Cleveland, OH but was removed after the 2007 season ended and Cedar Fair announced plans to convert the park into a waterpark-only attraction.
