News: Busch Gardens Africa opens Jungala

Posted at 9:21 AM EDT (1321 GMT)

Apr. 5th, 2008 -- Busch Gardens Africa will officially unveil Jungala to the public this morning. The 4-acre children's playground sits on the former location of the Python roller coaster.

The playground features two rides, jungle gyms, shops, a restaurant and animal exhibits.  While no official price tag was given, park officials called it their "most ambitious project to date".

Despite the area opening, the Zip Line ride and some animal exhibits are not ready to open today.
