Multimedia: Storm Runner Construction Update

Mar. 24th, 2004 -- Construction on Hershey Park's newest coaster, Storm Runner is nearing completion. At noon on March 24th the final piece of track was bolted into place leaving all steel erection for the new roller coaster completed. Below are pictures of workers bolting the final piece of the new coaster into place. Storm Runner will open on May 7th 2004.
