Finance: Japanese park purchased from TOGO

Apr. 9th, 2004 -- Banpresto Corporation, a division of Bandai Corporation has purchased Hanayashiki Amusement Park in Tokyo, Japan.

TOGO Manufacturing was the previous owner of the park, which first opened in 1853 as a flower garden. No other information is available at this time, stay tuned to ThrillNetwork for more.

I just hope the park doesn't end up like the Sega Joyopolis'. And yes Togo is still out there making new stuff ^_^. Yay for Togo! Maybe with this sale we can see some more rides built in Japan!
