Posted at 8:24 PM EDT (0024 GMT)  Apr. 20th, 2004 -- Home video shows what a woman claims is a man dressed as Tigger groping her at Walt Disney World.
The incident happened in December 2002, but the woman spoke up after seeing news of a similar incident which ended in the arrest of a 36-year-old man (related story). The woman claims the person in the Tigger costume walked up behind her and grabbed her breast. She said she didn't realize what happened until similar complaints appeared in the news. There have been more than 30 complaints like this. But they are most likely not related to the same man, Michael Chartrand, who was arrested April 2. It really looks like he's moving her out of the way or trying to scare her as she takes the picture. You know how these characters are. They play with people. It's fun!
Would the guy really be that stupid to try and fondle her in front of so many people and cameras? The woman may be paranoid. Then again, this could be legit. The video doesn't show much.
Plus, could you really feel anything through those mitts? :^)

Honestly it doesn’t look like he is fondling her. Not to mention the reaction the woman had didn’t seem to be one that you would expect for a woman who was just fondled by a tiger.
But then again the video doesn’t show much so it’s hard to say if he was fondling or not.

I don't know how much merit this has. The thing that really makes me suspicious is that, "...it didn't dawn on her what had happened until similar complaints appeared in news reports."
But then again, maybe it's a misquote or it's taken out of context, but for now, I'm taking this as a grab for attention.

The only thing that looked really suspicious is that he came up adbruptley to the woman, but it just looked like he was hugging her.
Whatever, it's not like she got assualted or anything, stuff happens, maybe it was just a mistake.
Well have to see what the ruling says. The similar complaints make it seem iffy.

Ok the camera moves away just as Tigger does it. COincidence? I think not. I dont know about anyone else but it doesnt look like fondling to me. But ill let the authorities take care of it, but to me it seems like the woman just wanted to hop on the bandwagon hoping to score a cool million in court.

Now that all these lawsuits are going around, I remember being fondled by Tigger. I'm going to sue.

This does not show enough evidence for me to say that Tigger fondled her.

You're all right. I wish someone would pot on here who agreed with the woman, because so far everyone seems to agree that it was just an innocent hug. I'm sure the character was just trying to get a smile from the kid whose picture was being taken.

I don't see anything that would suggest Tigger fondled her. Some people are just money hungry.
