Special Features: Revenge of the Mummy-Universal Hollywood

Jun. 22nd, 2004 -- Universal Studios Hollywood and ThrillNetwork are proud to present Universal Studios' Science of Fear. The video highlights the making of and offers some never before seen footage of Universal Hollywood's the Revenge of the Mummy Ride.

"Revenge of the Mummy-The Ride" will open on June 25th (ThrillNetwork will be there look for special reports and features). The ride will be the opener for Universal Hollywood's 40th anniversary as a theme park festivities.

Based on the phenomenally popular "The Mummy" films that have grossed nearly $1 billion worldwide and heralding a new era in thrill rides, Universal Studios ride designers will introduce "Revenge of the Mummy-The Ride," the first attraction in history to feature a fusion of threshold technology, high-speed roller coaster engineering, CGI and other movie-based immersive storytelling techniques-- as signature attractions at Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando.
