News: Six Flags giving away free passes

Jun. 22nd, 2004 -- Six Flags America is encouraging residents of Montgomery and Prince George's counties as well as in the city of Baltimore, Maryland to turn in illegal fireworks.

Montgomery County Fire Department spokesman Pete Piringer said that anyone who turns in illegal fireworks will receive free passes courtesy of Six Flags.

SF mgmt must be smart enough to know that if people come (even get in for free) that they will still spend money. Cedar Fair mgmt regarding Geauga Lake have not figured this out yet----keep alienating the public for whatever reason.
