IGN, a leader in entertainement, has uploaded a 2 page article about the most recent additions to Roller Coaster Tycoon 3. The update touches on one of the most important aspects of the game, the interface.
IGN described Roller Coaster Tycoon 3's interface as friendly, and better than the interface of previous Roller Coaster Tycoon games. The interface is also similar to Sim City 4. The interface also does not hog the entire screen. The creators of the game wanted the player to get immersed in a authentic amusement park experience, letting the player see the whole park clearly, and hear all the sounds and screams. One of the key elements missing from Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 was a new updated graphics engine. Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 has a brand new 3D engine that brings the park to life, in full color and 3D view. The creators are touching on important effects such as light and shadows. A sleek interface, great graphics, and a immersive experience will make Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 one of the most realistic park simulations to date.
