First off, Thrillnetwork is proud to announce the winners of July's Official No Limits Contest. Contestants were assinged to create wild mouse coasters, and here are the results:
In first place was Hellbound Mouse, by Simbiant. Get the track here. Taking second, was The Rat Roller by UnfSmiley. (This was a anonymous submission). Click here for the track. Thrid place belongs to Erik Leppen for his creation, Kitten Run Stormer. Get it here. Happy Cake took fourth with his creation, Paranoia Extreme. Download the track here. SuperMouse by CoolCoasterMan stole fifth place. Check it out here. Monkey Hanger by Paul Leslie got 6th. You can download it here. The last contest of the Official No Limits contest is for August! This is the last contest of the season, so if you want to enter, do so soon. The August contest rules are: - -1.5 to +5 vertical g's. - -1.5 to +1.5 lateral g's - Maximum track length of 7,000 ft. - Use either transport or lift segments for launch (if using lift segments, must provide a launch experience) - Multiple (seperate) launch segments are allowed (though try not to overuse them) - Your choice: Steel or Wooden Track. - Must run 3 trains (stacking is allowed) - 3d objects are allowed, but will not be judged - Terrain is allowed. - Must pass tunnel test (no close calls/collisions inside the tunnel) - E-stop must pass. Note, if you are using transport segments for your launch, you must provide a safe means for a stop if it rolls back toward the station. Any collision on a launch e-stop will be disqualified.
