News: Hanayashiki Park gets new management

Sep. 7th, 2004 -- Hanayashiki amusement park in Japan recently held a ceremony to celberate the transfer of park operations from Togo to Banpresto Co., a division of Japanese business giant Bandai.

In January, Togo sought out help from Japanese courts to help with the management of the old amusement park. Then, the Banpresto Co. was handed the responsibility of running the park after questions arose on Togo's fit-ness to run the park. Banpresto says it has no plans to change the way the park operates.
