Oct. 6th, 2004 -- The family of the 22-year-old man who was killed on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad in September has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Walt Disney Company.

I think they shoud make paul pressler and cyynthia pay for the lawsuit damages themselves, since their poor managment lead to the cost cutting. . .

can we tell I hate them?

That is such a sad issue. No one goes to Disneyland thinking anything bad is going to happen.

How many times is BTMR going to derail and endanger everyones life before they figure it out? It's too bad it's such a cute ride, I'll still ride it.
