News: Hersheypark introduces Haunted Harvest

Posted at 2:31 PM EDT (1831 GMT)

Oct. 14th, 2004 -- Hersheypark has added something new to their annual "Hersheypark in the Dark". New this year is Haunted Harvest, a seperate attraction meant to "startle, but not scare".

The 30-minute walk-through attraction takes you through three areas searching for a demented and elusive farmer. Along the way, live performers dressed as scarecrows that the farmer made will startle guests. The attraction requires a seperate fee, but guests can pay $33 for an unlimited pass to Haunted Harvest and most of the rides inside of Hersheypark.

They could rename the Comet "The Vomit". Or they could insert the word Pooper into SuperDooperLooper somewhere. That was a cheap shot, sorry.

Insert clever retort here.
