Dec. 6th, 2004 --
Robert Fine, a former employee of Six Flags Great Adventure, claims the park falsified his records of departure. He said he quit, but said the park says he was fired.
He claims the park wanted him to look like a "troublesome employee." Fine, 67, said he came forward and told members of the press about their treatment of non-U.S. employees. He said the park defamed him. In 2002, workers from Brazil, Spain and Costa Rica said recruiting agents misled them, failing to tell them they would not be working full-time before May and after September.
Six Flags said they could not comment. For more information, visit APP.com.
