News: Myrtle Beach Pavilion not moving yet

Jan. 15th, 2004 -- The relocation of Myrtle Beach Pavilion has been discussed for the past few years, with a plan that will be submitted soon for the redevelopment of the area it occupies.

Developers say the park won't be moved for a least two years. City officials maintain that they will not recommend for MB Pavilion to move unless whatever would replace it would generate more tourism and revenue.
