Finance: Cedar Fair reorganizes

Feb. 14th, 2005 -- Cedar Fair today announced both promotions and retirements among it's high-ranking executives, heralding a change in the makeup of the company's upper echelons.

Those being promoted include Jack Falfas, who joined the company in 1976 and has worked on Cedar Fair's west coast operations in recent years. Falfas will become the company's chief operating officer in April. Wayne Olcott, the vice president of accommodations at Cedar Point since 1999, will be promoted to the corporate vice president of accommodations.

Cedar Fair also announced the upcoming retirements of Dan Keller, the general manager of Cedar Point, and Dick Collingwood, one of the corporate vice presidents.
