Nice. I can't see them adding anything that involves gambling tho.

I doubt they'd add poker tables and slot machines.
If anything, I could see them having simulcast horse racing in the sports bar where you can actually bet. Maybe a small old style casino in the frontier section too.

Maybe they could use the cedar downs for betting.

I am just still laughing about this idea. It just seems so dumb. They wont put in any gambling.

They could have a bet on if TTD will rollback or not! lol. I think this a stupid idea though.

Stupid idea? Heck, it would bring in a lot of money for any venue that started gambling.

Adding gambling is almost always a good idea, as it equals a lot of revenue.

They really shouldent put gambling stuffs in theme parks. Its just another way to scam kids of there hard eurned money, and adults to. Plus all the little stalls u never win away. so i mean slots and everything are a waist of space, unless there put like just in a casion with in the grounds of a theme park. but they should not have gambling in the park it self, its wrong.

Somehow this idea doesn't sit too well with me. There's no denying gambling brings in revenue, but it isn't as though Cedar Point's in desperate need of money at the moment. Midway games are one thing, but I always view Cedar Point as this great family destination. As I see it, if the park puts in gambling, it'll ruin that image.

Yeah, and get rid of "guess your weight or birthday". C'mon, THAT'S a scam. Not slots or tables. You at least have a chance to win some money back, although slight. No harm in this. Pays of TTD alot quicker and then we are well on our way to 500 feet!
(I almost fell off my chair with the Cedar Downs comment. That was funny.)

^Get rid of the guessing game??
That's the only one I win at. They've never guessed my age nor my weight everytime I play. 10 years ago, I played it. They guessed me at 13 (I was 18 at the time).

Well I'd hoped that they would keep the actual gambling outside of the park and just have in the resort area.

Phil's got a point there. I see a picture of open shirted, hairy chested guys with gold chains and 70's style shades standing in line for Gemini. ...and blue haired old ladies, with cramps in there lever pullin' arms and no more social security check, waitin' for M. Force.
...although the line for TTD would be a good place to study a racing form. Plenty of time.

^That's no worse than seeing fat girls in bikini tops waiting in line for Magnum.
