Posted at 2:34 PM EST (1934 GMT)

Mar. 16th, 2005 -- To owner of Ghost Town would not comment on the potential sale to the Real Estate group, saying it would be in appropriate to discuss anything before the sale.

The group fell in love with the park by mere chance. They were looking into buying a vacation property owned by a local hotel owner. They declined to buy that property. They became interested after he began to tell them the story behind Ghost Town in the Sky and the history of tourism in the area.
