Posted at 3:43 PM EDT (1943 GMT) Apr. 5th, 2005 -- Even though the whale slightly injured its trainer, he was able to keep control of the animal and the Shamu show continued after the minor incident. The trainer was taken to the hospital and released the same day to treat his minor injuries. A spokesperson for SeaWorld Orlando said that bumps are to be expected when working with an animal the size of a killer whale. For more information, see: The South Florida Sun-Sentinel.
