News: Slingshot on hold, other rides set

Apr. 9th, 2005 -- Opening at Six Flags New England are two of three new rides: Mr. Six's Pandemonium and Typhoon. Slingshot has been put on hold, a spokeswoman for the park said.

SFNE spokeswoman Melissa Pinkerton said officials are concentrating on opening the two other rides, a roller coaster and water coaster.

Pandemonium will open next week, and Typhoon will open with the water park, Hurricane Harbor, May 21.

Slingshot still appears to be in the park's plans.
