News: Pandemonium takes off at SFNE

Apr. 15th, 2005 -- Mr. Six's Pandemonium, a new spinning roller coaster at Six Flags New England, was launched today before the park's official opening tomorrow.

Joining Six Flags' dancing senior citizen mascot for the event were Mike Vrable and Rosevelt Colvin, members of the New England Patriots football team, which won the Super Bowl in February. Six Flags hopes that the spinning coaster will have Mr. Six's ability to connect with a broad spectrum of people.

Mr. Six's Pandemonium opens tomorrow with the park. Typhoon, a new water coaster, will open May 21.

It had great speed and some great suprise drops (especially if you are backwards at the time!). ...and like the kid said: it's different everytime. So it's not 456 feet tall. Can't wait to ride it.

SO I got right on... But later in the day... I waited a FULL 2 HOURS FOR THE RIDE!..... And NO it is not that great... Or even that much fun.....
